Today’s match Romania vs. France will be the first one played on the new National Arena, the Bucharest stadium which will host Europa League’s 2012 final on May 9.

The stadium was supposed to be inaugurated on August 10 with a friendly match of Romania against Messi’s Argentina, but the match was cancelled due to Argentina’s coach being fired.

The stadium can host 55600 people and has a retractable roof that can open in 15 minutes.
